ISIS continues its efforts to enforce Muslim Sharia law in Syria and Iraq, and in time, throughout the entire world.

ISIS terrorists have apprehended a number of people for wearing pants on the streets in Syria’s eastern province of Deir Ezzor, SOHR reports. The terrorists then informed the families of the detainees that they must bring “loose clothes” for those arrested before they are released.

The Islamic State (IS or ISIS) terror organization is notorious for its persecution of non-Sunnis in the Middle East, viciously converting or executing anyone that does not adhere to their version of militant Islam.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reports that they also act forcefully towards the population under their rule, meting out harsh punishments to anyone who does not adhere to ISIS’ interpretation of the Koran.

SOHR further reports that ISIS terrorists have roamed the streets and, citing their stringent Muslim standards, cut clothing they deemed immodest directly off of the offenders.

ISIS Aspires to Revert to the 7th Century

ISIS apparently prefers that its subjects wear the Sharwal, or pantaloons, which were in vogue in the 7th century during the advent of Islam.

ISIS aspires to return to the seventh century, when Islam was established. Its attitude towards Christianity, women and all aspects of life is based on this world view. ISIS has declared its rule as a caliphate and has become more encompassing in its territorial description, testifying to ISIS’ aspiration to rule the Islamic world and, in time, the entire world.

The terrorists have also whipped three men for “smoking cigarettes” and two others for “letting their wives go outside without wearing a Hijab” in Syria’s northeastern province of al-Hasakah, SOHR adds.

ISIS terrorists have stoned women for various offenses, have beheaded men for witchcraft, have raped and tortured members of other religions and have crucified men as punishment.

Archbishop Amel Shimoun, exiled Chaldean Catholic Archbishop of Mosul, Iraq, from which the Christian population has been expelled by ISIS, properly summarizes by warning the West and the Christian world: “You think all men are equal… Islam does not say that all men are equal. Your values are not their values. If you do not understand this soon enough, you will become victims of the enemy you have welcomed into our home.”
