Tekoa attack

Israelis continue to face a relentless wave of Palestinian terrorism that is encouraged by the Palestinian Authority.

Palestinian terrorists shot and wounded an Israeli man near the community of Tekoa in Gush Etzion.

Terrorists fired at his car as he was driving near an intersection.

The victim, 30, sustained moderate wounds to his lower body.

He was evacuated to Shaare Zedek hospital in Jerusalem for further treatment.

After the attack, IDF forces conducted widespread searches in nearby Palestinian towns to locate the terrorists. The villages of Sa’ir and Al-Arub were placed under siege.

David Pearl, head of the Gush Etzion Local Council, called on the government to take more action to quell the wave of Palestinian terrorist attacks, which have recently claimed the lives of Hallel Ariel, a 13-year-old girl and, Michael Mark, a father of 10.

This incident was the latest in a long series of Palestinian terror attacks, which have plagued Israelis over the course of over 10 months, claiming the lives of 39 victims and wounding some 500.
