suicide bombing in Sana'a, Yemen

A suicide bombing in Yemen on Friday killed 140 people, many of whom had been shouting “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” before being blown up.

Terrorists claiming to be affiliated with the Islamic State (ISIS) attacked two Shiite-affiliated mosques in Yemen, killing approximately 140 and injuring 350.

The worshipers, as recorded on video and translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), were chanting violent slogans led by their preacher before being targeted themselves by barbaric terrorists.

Among the phrases chanted were: “Death to America,” “Death to Israel,” “Victory to Islam” and “Curse upon the Jews.”

There were reportedly three bombing carried out at two mosques during weekly prayers.

The Iranian-backed Shiite rebels, also known as Houthis, seized control over Sana’a, the Yemenite capital, in September and since then have gained control of several provinces.
