August 9, 2021, marked 20 years since the attack on the Sbarro pizza restaurant in downtown Jerusalem where 16 people were killed, including eight children. Approximately 130 were wounded, many severely.
Ahlam Tamimi, the mastermind behind the attack, is living freely as a celebrity in Jordan. Not only has she never expressed remorse, but she has expressed disappointment that the terror attack didn’t claim even more victims.
When anti-Israel protesters in New York recently chanted “From New York to Gaza, globalize the Intifada,” they are calling for more attacks like the Sbarro bombing, but on a global scale.
