A friend of terror victim Eli Kay says that “even though it’s very hard, we must not let terrorists destroy our lives.”
On Sunday morning, 26-year old Eliahu Kay was murdered by a Hamas terrorist on his way back from prayers at the Western Wall.
The attack has shaken up Israel and Jewish communities around the world, including South Africa, Kay’s country of birth.
Dean Unterslak,a friend of the victim since childhood, he shares his reaction to the tragic news and what he will always remember about Kay.
