Zichron Yaakov in northern Israel, known as one of the most gorgeous townships in the country, was hit hard by the wildfires sparked by Arab arsonists last week.

Fires were blazing across Israel for several days last week, with more than half confirmed as acts of arson by Arab terrorists.

Several homes were burned to the ground in Zichron Yaakov, a historic, picturesque town at the southern end of the Carmel mountain range, 22 miles south of Haifa, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Fortunately, there were no deaths from the fires, but several people suffered smoke inhalation, including a one-week-old baby.

Here is a clear view of the devastation that spread throughout several neighborhoods, as well as a look at the generosity of residents in other areas that offered their homes to those who lost theirs.
