Lebanese Sunni Islamic Scholar Sheikh Maher Hamoud resurrected the ancient blood libel against Jews in an attempt to demonize the Jewish people and cajole the world to continue their hatred against Jews.
Blood libels against Jews have been around since the 10th century, with many other tropes and conspiracies created throughout the hundreds of years since. Another accusation made by Sheikh Maher Hamoud is Jews believe gentiles [non-Jews] are lower beings and were created to serve them.
These claims are ridiculous and laced with antisemitic hate to convince the masses of Jewish conspiracy and galvanize them into taking action against Jews.
