Attacks on Orthodox Jewish men like this are tragically commonplace in New York, but CNN largely ignored this form of violent antisemitism in its recent special.
On August 22, CNN aired a special report with journalist Dana Bash called “Rising Hate: Antisemitism in America.
While the program acknowledged that Jew hate comes from both the right and the left, it suggested that most antisemitism comes from White supremacists and ignored out-and-out Jew hatred from the Squad, Louis Farrakhan nor did it highlight the perpetrators of the myriad of attacks specifically targeting Orthodox Jews.
So since CNN won’t show you, we will. In Brooklyn, a Jewish man was chased by youth who were clearly not white supremacists.
