Rasheda Ali, daughter of champion fighter Muhammad Ali, spoke to Neil Cavuto about her crusade to help find a cure for Parkinson’s disease, from which her father suffers. Rasheda currently sits on the board of BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics, an Israeli company preparing to conduct clinical trials that may also contribute to potential cures for other neurological diseases.

Ali visited the BrainStorm’s laboratories and Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem.

Ali says “The amazing work being done here gives a ray of hope to patients and families worldwide that autologous stem cell transplants may be the answer they’ve been waiting for to overcome neurodegenerative diseases.”
