The U.S. Senate will soon vote on critical legislation to sanction International Criminal Court (ICC) officials for their politically motivated actions against Israel. This follows the House’s recent passage of the Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act, which imposes penalties on individuals aiding the ICC’s baseless prosecutions of Israeli leaders and American allies.
This vote comes amid escalating attacks by the ICC, including its unprecedented arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on fabricated charges of “war crimes.”

These actions represent a dangerous overreach by the ICC, undermining Israel’s right to self-defense while rewarding Hamas terrorists who cynically use human shields to vilify the Jewish state.
Israel, a thriving democracy, stands on the front lines against genocidal terrorism—fighting not only for its survival but for the shared values of freedom and justice.
The ICC’s reckless actions jeopardize Israel’s efforts to secure peace, encourage terrorism, and set a perilous precedent that could threaten U.S. soldiers and democratic nations worldwide.
America has long stood with its ally Israel against such biased attacks. Bipartisan leaders and the administration have condemned the ICC’s actions as an affront to justice and a violation of international law.
This legislation is not just about Israel—it’s about defending the sovereignty of all democracies against the overreach of unaccountable international bodies.
