La plus grande Matza du monde préparée à Bnei Brak

À l’occasion de la fête de Pessah, l’usine de Matzot Aviv à Bnei Brak, dans le centre d’Israël, a préparé la plus grande matsa du monde.

Pesant 6 kilos, l’énorme matza mesurait près de 6 mètres de long, 48 cm de large et 4 millimètres d’épaisseur.

La recette record de matza a nécessité 7 kilogrammes de farine et deux litres d’eau. Elle présentait un total de 119 000 trous sur sa surface.

La boulangerie Matzot Aviv a été fondée en 1887 par la famille Wolf à Neve Tzedek et vend des « matzot », des biscuits et d’autres produits de boulangerie dans plus de 30 pays à travers le monde.
