While the West negotiates with Iran, the Islamic Republic continues to promote and fund terror.

A senior commander from the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) admitted on Monday that Iran has provided “neighboring countries” with military know-how and technology in order to “fight aggression and terror from various entities,” Iran’s PressTV reports.

Brigadier General Amir-Ali Hajizadeh, commander of the IRGC’s Aerospace Division, revealed that Iran’s capabilities in manufacturing military equipment have reached a level that enables the Islamic Republic to export their expertise.

“By exporting the technology of manufacturing missiles and other equipment, Iran helped countries such as Syria, Iraq, and Palestine as well as Lebanon’s Hezbollah to stand up to the Zionist regime, ISIS and other Takfiri [heretic] groups,” the Iranian commander was quoted by PressTV as saying.

Hajizadeh boasted that the IRGC’s Aerospace Division can mass-produce different types of short- and medium-range missiles. In recent years, Iran made major breakthroughs in its “defense sector” and attained self-sufficiency in producing key military hardware and systems, PressTV reports.

Iran’s domestic missile production line has produced an assortment of projectiles with varying ranges. They carry colorful names, such as Khalij-e-Fars (Persian Gulf), Mehrab (Altar), Ra’d (Thunder), Qader (Mighty), Nour (Light) and Zafar (Triumph).

Iran has repeatedly claimed that its military might poses no threat and that its defense doctrine is based on deterrence.

Notorious Supporter and Financier of Terror

Iran has been arming and training terror organizations throughout the world, especially those in the Middle East who pose a threat to Israel

Iran is notorious for funding Hezbollah on Israel’s northern border. Israel’s Air Force (IAF) reportedly killed an Iranian general in January who was on a helicopter with Hezbollah terrorists in Syria.

The Islamic Republic also renewed its funding of Hamas, which operates primarily out of Gaza, Israel’s Walla News reported on Sunday. Hamas has thanked Iran for its support.

Iran’s leadership has frequently declared its intention to destroy Israel by arming Palestinian terrorists operating out of Judea and Samaria.

Asked by reporters about Iran’s promise to arm the Palestinian terrorists, Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Naqdi, commander of Iran’s Basij (volunteer) Force, said, “thank God, they [the Palestinians] are growing more integrated each day.”

The “West Bank should be armed just like Gaza. Friends of Palestine should do their best to arm People in the West Bank,” Ayatollah Khamenei, Iran’s Supreme Leader, declared in November. “This barbaric, wolf-like and infanticidal regime of Israel, which spares no crime, has no cure but to be annihilated.”

Sign the Petition to Stop a Nuclear Iran

Nuclear Weapon Free Iran Act

The US Congress must ensure that sanctions against Iran remain in force until the nuclear threat is completely eliminated.

I strongly oppose easing sanctions before the nuclear threat from Iran has been eliminated. Allowing Iran to enrich uranium without being subject to 'anytime, anywhere' inspections is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. Iran's nuclear program must be stopped.
