Aryeh Lurie, the founder of Yad Ezra V’Shulamit said, “I call on every friend of Israel, Jew and non-Jew to help us in this crisis.”

As the nation grapples with the devastating consequences of war, Yad Ezra V’Shulamit is stepping up to provide much-needed food and drinks to those in the line of fire.

We have sent trucks of food to Netivot, Ofakim, Beer Sheva. We have sent thousands of bottles of water and snacks to the army as requested.

The phone in our office has been ringing nonstop, from both families and soldiers in need of help.

Without hesitation, we have mobilized our fleet of trucks, and filled them with food, water, and snacks. There is no time to waste; the brave men and women serving in the IDF need our support, as well as Israelis suffering from the barrage of rockets.

Awaiting Permission to Reach More Communities

Many communities in the south closest to Gaza have been evacuated. Many more towns are in the range of fire, but have not been evacuated, and they need food. Despite the logistical challenges posed by the conflict, Yad Ezra V’Shulamit is determined to reach as many people as possible. Our brave staff has ignored sirens that have gone off during distributions in the south.

We will not waiver in our commitment to helping those in need.

Yad Ezra V’Shulamit food relief efforts include dispatching 80 trucks filled with food to cities under fire and to soldiers on the front lines. These trucks will be loaded with canned goods, instant noodle soups, cookies/crackers, fresh fruits, vegetables and sweets. Each truck can provide sustenance for 200 people for a week, at a cost of $26,000 per truck.

Aryeh Lurie, the founder of Yad Ezra V’Shulamit said, ” I call on every friend of Israel, Jew and now Jew to help us in this crisis. We may be on the front lines, but we need your help. This is a war for our very existence. Please open your hearts and make a donation and stand by Israel. And may the Almighty have compassion on His people, the soldiers, the captives and the whole Jewish nation.”

If sponsoring a truck is not possible for you, any amount you can contribute will still make a difference.

Every dollar counts in providing relief to those affected by the conflict.

Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by the ongoing conflict.
