As the number of Israelis with coronavirus continues to plummet, the nation’s restaurants are ready to get back to business.
This week, Israel’s restaurants, cafes, bars and public parks reopened after a two-month coronavirus lockdown
“We received a lot of joyful news today. The government approves the opening of restaurants, pubs, bars, large parks, and swimming pools,” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced on Tuesday night.
“We want to help the economy, but also ease your lives, make it possible for you to get out, return to normalcy, get a cup of coffee, a glass of beer as well, so first of all have fun,” he added.
