A couple of times a year, the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) Cadet Course Program selects a few dozen people to train to become representatives for the Jewish state.

Israel's deputy foreign minister says cadets training to become diplomats will now visit Judea and Samaria and be taught how to defend Jewish rights there.
