Oscar-winning actress Helen Mirren is in Israel to host the Genesis Prize, an award known as 'the Jewish Nobel.' Mirren has visited Israel several times, and has been a vocal critic of anti-Israel activists who have called for a cultural boycott of Israel.

Helen Mirren says her time working at an Israeli kibbutz shortly after the 1967 Six Day War helped make her the actress she is, and Israel’s Adi Deutch lost his leg from a Lebanon landmine blast, but ran the NYC marathon.
