Israeli actor and singer Idan Amedi performed some of his songs for the five female border soldiers recently released after being kidnapped on October 7th, in an effort to share and relieve some of their pain.

Amedi was seriously wounded in an explosion in Gaza last year which killed six Israeli soldiers from his Engineering Corps reserve unit.

The children, ranging in age from eight to 18, were attending a three-day Chanukah camp run by OneFamily, an organization supporting victims of terrorism and their families.

The message written in Hebrew said, 'For the recovery of Idan, son of Tova, Amedi.'

He was airlifted to a hospital to remove shrapnel from his body.
