A Palestinian teenager who committed a stabbing attack in Jerusalem in October and was then falsely proclaimed dead by Palestinian Authority head Mahmoud Abbas, was convicted on Tuesday morning of two counts of attempted murder at the Jerusalem District Court.

A Palestinian teen went on trial before a Jerusalem court on Tuesday over a stabbing attack last month that fueled a media war amid the ongoing deadly surge in Palestinian violence.

Abbas has blatantly lied that Israel executed a Palestinian boy, who is in fact alive and hospitalized in Israel.
