The Islamic State released a second propaganda video featuring a 17-year-old boy from Australia who issues grave threats against infidels and Arab countries.

This boy, Abdullah Elmir disappeared from his Sydney home in June after telling his family that he was going fishing. He went off to join the Islamic State (ISIS) with a 16-year-old friend.

The first video featuring the boy can be seen below. He warns that ISIS won’t stop fighting until their flag is raised above every nation.

The new clip, “An evening on the banks of the Tigris River in the Province of Nineveh in the Islamic State,” shows the Australian teen joining in for prayers with other ISIS members.
