Undefeated boxing champion Floyd Mayweather was the guest of honor at a New York City gala on Monday, where he received the “Gloves of Healing” award for his support of wounded Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers.

The event, hosted by Belev Echad, an international initiative aiding IDF veterans, celebrated Mayweather’s unwavering support for Israel, especially during the Israel-Hamas conflict.

In his acceptance speech, Mayweather highlighted his commitment to the Jewish state, sharing his recent visit to Israel in October, where he met wounded soldiers at the Belev Echad rehabilitation center in Kiryat Ono.
