Mikey, a member of the IDF’s canine unit who actively saved soldier’s lives has miraculously recovered from a life-threatening injury.

The female alsatian was hit with a grenade severely wounding her face, body and legs.

After being the world’s first dog to receive hyperbaric oxygen therapy, Mikey is now able to walk and play.

Mikey, a member of the @IDF canine unit, was seriously injured while saving the lives of Israeli soldiers in Gaza.

After life-saving surgery and rehabilitation, she survived ❤️.

Her story has brought all of us light during a very dark time.
