In a video message, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz called on Gazans to protest against Hamas and demand the release of the hostages.

Residents of Gaza,

The IDF will soon operate with full force in additional areas of Gaza, and you will be asked to evacuate from combat zones for your own safety.

The plans are already prepared and approved.
