Israelis are developing a way to get rid of chemical fertilizers, which boost crop production, but are hazardous to human health and the environment.

Thanks, to a team of Israeli scientists, dangerous chemical fertilizers may be a thing of the past.

Israeli scientists have discovered that plants native to desert regions can find enough nutrients from within the dust in the atmosphere to thrive.
