IDF troops, operating under the 162nd Division, eliminated Sa’id Zaki Dahanon, a senior PIJ commander who was directly involved in the October 7 massacre and had orchestrated ambushes against Israeli forces in Gaza.

A dramatic video captured by the unit shows Dahanon and another terrorist advancing under the cover of darkness, wrapped in blankets to evade detection.

IDF soldiers neutralized Dahanon, while his accomplice surrendered and was taken back to Israel for questioning and intelligence purposes.
