WATCH: Should the US Cut Aid to Israel?

Speaking with Rabbi David Bar-Hayim of Machon Shilo, Jonathan Pollard discussed a proposal by the Heritage Foundation for the US to initially boost, then gradually cut, aid to Israel.

Pollard argued that the proposal would allow Israel to grow from a mere “aid recipient” to a “strategic ally” of the US, ultimately benefiting both countries.
