Since October 7th the terror group the Houthis have launched near-daily attacks on cargo ships traveling through the Red Sea believed to be affiliated with Israel.
Their weapons and training originate in Iran, which funds numerous terrorist groups aimed at destroying Israel. Iran illegally smuggled rockets, ballistic missiles, and other weapons into the Yemen-based proxy, making it a serious threat to global shipping and Israel.
Since the persistent attacks, the U.S. has headed up an international coalition aimed at dispelling the Houthis and halting attacks on ships. The U.S. among others has launched missiles and destroyed some terror infrastructure.
What's the connection between the Houthis, the Yemeni group terrorizing global shipping in the Red Sea, and the Iranian Regime?
