An Israeli soldier performed lifesaving CPR on a Palestinian baby who was struggling to breathe.

While mainstream media outlets and anti-Israel organizations have the world believe that Israeli soldiers don’t care about Palestinian lives, a recent video proves exactly the opposite.

When two Palestinian women arrived at the border crossing with an unresponsive baby, a quick-thinking soldier snapped into action and performed lifesaving CPR on the infant. Also, concerned that an ambulance wouldn’t arrive fast enough, he called for a taxi.

The incident was caught on camera and the soldier, 19-year-old Corporal Adam, was relieved to hear that the child is doing well.

“A few hours later, I saw this family coming back to the checkpoint. They came to thank me and tell me that the baby was fine. It’s a great feeling to save a baby. I’m glad I could help him,” he said.
