An Israeli civilian is suffering from serious injuries after being stabbed early Sunday afternoon in what was the third Palestinian terror attack of the day.

A Palestinian terrorist stabbed a 48-year-old Israeli man from the Jewish community of Emmanuel in Samaria as he was driving along Route 55, just outside the Arab village of Nabi Elias.

The victim, despite suffering from serious stomach wounds, managed to flee. According to information from the Defense Ministry, he remained fully conscious while driving, swerving between lanes and yelling that he had been stabbed, before arriving at the nearest security checkpoint, where he fainted.

Magen David Adom paramedics transferred him to Meir hospital in Kfar Saba, near Tel Aviv, in serious conditions. He is reportedly on a respirator and will undergo surgery.

Security forces are searching for what appears to be two terrorists, an initial investigation indicates.

It was the third Palestinian terror attack of the day. At approximately 9:30 in the morning, a terrorist drove a car into a bus stop at the Tapuach Junction in Samaria, wounding four people, all in their 20s. An hour and a half later, an Israeli was stabbed and seriously wounded by a Palestinian terrorist outside the Jewish community of Beitar Illit, located between Jerusalem and Gush Etzion.
