In a video reported by MEMRI that has recently been making the rounds on social media, Hamas leader Fathi Hammad explained that “Palestinians” are simply Arabs who migrated to Israel from neighboring regions.

“We are Egyptians. We are Arabs. We are Muslims,” he says.
