On January 21, 2025, the IDF, alongside Shin Bet and Border Police, launched “Operation Iron Wall” in Jenin, targeting terrorist groups like Hamas, PIJ, and Al Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades.

The operation included drone strikes, ground forces, and airstrikes to dismantle terrorist infrastructure, destroying IEDs, and weapons caches, including a bomb hidden in a washing machine.

So far, 15 terrorists have been killed, 40 suspects arrested, and infrastructure tied to recent attacks was neutralized, with Israeli officials framing the operation as part of a broader strategy against Iran-backed threats.
