During an interview on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo,” US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee said that it was a “done deal” that, just as Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon, Hamas cannot continue to exist.

He said “something has to be rethought” in the approach to Gaza, noting how Gaza was turned into a “Palestinian state” after the expulsion of thousands of Gazan Jews in 2005, “and the result we saw on October 7.”
