Congress has approved the Taylor Force Act, which received bipartisan support and was named for 28-year-old American tourist Taylor Force, who was stabbed to death by a Palestinian terrorist in Tel Aviv in March 2016.
Last year, the Palestinian Authority paid out $350 million to terrorists’ families. US lawmakers agree with Israel that this funding incites acts of terror.
