The Islamic State openly declares its final goal – world subjugation via an Islamic rule of terror.  

The Islamic State terror group (IS or ISIS) operating from Syria and Iraq has specifically threatened both Rome and Jerusalem, openly declaring its aspiration to dominate the world and enforce Muslim Sharia law.

The threats appeared in the organization’s Dabiq magazine, named for a town in the suburbs of Syria’s Aleppo. The group’s members believe there will be a great war there between Muslims and the West after its armies conquer Syria.

In its fourth edition of the magazine, ISIS threatens the Vatican:

“We will conquer your Rome, break your crosses, and enslave your women, by the permission of Allah, the Exalted. This is His promise to us; He is glorified and He does not fail in His promise. If we do not reach that time, then our children and grandchildren will reach it, and they will sell your sons as slaves at the slave market.”

The terror group blames the West for the conflict:

“O Americans, and O Europeans, the Islamic State did not initiate a war against you, as your governments and media try to make you believe. It is you who started the transgression against us, and thus you deserve blame and you will pay a great price.”

ISIS Flag Over Jerusalem?

ISIS continued to threaten the West and Jerusalem specifically in the magazine’s fifth edition:

“While the eyes of the world were all blinded and spellbound by the sorcerous media ‘covering’ the battle for Ayn al-Islām (Kobani in Syria), the eyes of the Islamic State were scanning East and West, preparing for the expansion that – by Allah’s permission – would put an end to the Jewish State … and the rest of the apostate … allies of the cross.”

The group further vows that “the flag of the Caliphate will rise over Mecca and Medina, even if the apostates and hypocrites despise such. The flag of the Caliphate will rise over Baytul-Maqdis (Jerusalem) and Rome, even if the Jews and Crusaders despise such.”
The Islamic State further states its goal of world domination:

“The shade of this blessed flag will expand until it covers all eastern and western extents of the earth, filling the world with the truth and justice of Islam and putting an end to the falsehood and tyranny of jāhiliyyah (the state prior to Islam), even if America and its coalition despise such.”

ISIS Fights for World Supremacy

The Islamic State strives to revert to a Medieval seventh century reality, the era during which Islam was established. Its attitude toward Christianity, women and all aspects of life is based on this world view.

ISIS leader Abu-Baker al-Baghdadi declared all territories under IS control to be a “Sunni caliphate,” in which a strict form of Sharia (Islamic religious) law is enforced. The Islamic State functions as a state, with an organized government system and various branches of administration.

The fact that ISIS declares its rule as a caliphate and continues to expand its territorial description testifies to its aspiration to rule the Islamic world and, in time, the entire globe.

All populations captured by ISIS are immediately forced to convert to Islam. If they refuse, as in the case of the Yazidis in Iraq, they are executed en masse or raped and sold into slavery.
