Harvard shunned former Human Rights Watch director Ken Roth for his anti-Israel bias.

In May, the Kennedy School’s Carr Center for Public Policy extended an offer to former Human Rights Watch director Kenneth Roth; however, his acceptance has since been withdrawn.

Douglas Elmendorf, the center’s dean, overturned the choice after concluding that Roth’s tweets displayed anti-Israel bias.

Attorney and CEO of the International Legal Forum Arsen Ostrovsky discusses the decision and explains why it was the right choice.
