The above quote is Goal 6 of FIFA’s Strategic Objectives for the Global Game (2023-2027).
However, according to footage released from the Iran vs. New Zealand FIFA World Cup match in Los Angeles on June 15, 2026, security personnel forced a soccer fan carrying an Israeli flag to remove and surrender it, while another fan was permitted to wave a Palestinian flag.
The security employee claimed he was simply following instructions.
This is an intolerable situation that must be rectified without delay!
Please email FIFA President Gianni Infantino at president@fifa.org and FIFA Secretary-General Mattias Grafstrom at contact@fifa.org to demand immediate action!

As seen in footage released from the Iran vs. New Zealand FIFA World Cup match in Los Angeles on June 15, 2026, security personnel forced a soccer fan carrying an Israeli flag to remove and surrender it, while another fan was permitted to wave a Palestinian flag.
This is unacceptable!
We demand that FIFA conduct a formal investigation into the incident, which raises serious concerns about anti-Israel bias and antisemitism.
FIFA must hold accountable those responsible for this apparently deliberate decision to confiscate the Israeli flag.
FIFA must also implement training and oversight necessary to ensure consistent and nondiscriminatory enforcement of flag policies at all future events.
Finally, FIFA must also apologize for the incident and ensure a policy of nondiscrimination going forward, as per its motto: “Football unites the world.”
