Cientos de personas se reunieron frente a las puertas cerradas de la Universidad de Columbia para mostrar su apoyo a los estudiantes judíos y abogar por la liberación de los rehenes en Gaza.

Muchos sostenían banderas israelíes, pero también había banderas estadounidenses, mexicanas y húngaras ondeadas por la multitud.

Durante la última semana y media, manifestantes antiisraelíes ocuparon el jardín oeste de la universidad y acosaron a estudiantes judíos.
