During her first run for office in 2018, Omar claimed BDS is “unhelpful,” only to have her campaign admit shortly after her victory that she “believes in and supports” boycotts of Israel.

Minnesota’s Ilhan Omar recently won the Democratic primary in her district, despite the persistent anti-Semitism scandal that has followed her political career since she first accused Israel of “evil doings” and “hypnotizing the world” in 2012.

In 2018, Omar told around 1,000 attendees at a synagogue-hosted campaign event that she deems BDS “unhelpful” because it “stops dialogue.”

Days later, Omar’s campaign admitted to the Muslimgirl.com website that “Ilhan believes in and supports the BDS movement.”
