The emotional flight attendant who announced the presence of the prominent passenger was holding back tears.

Gerald Wittenstein, CEO of International Space Systems, who also worked at NASA alongside American astronaut Neil Armstrong, made Aliyah to Israel last week together with his wife.

The Wittensteins have been regular customers of Delta Airlines for over 20 years, and the staff on their final flight gave them a moving farewell.

In addition, the flight attendant read a message from their grandchildren.
