Prime Minister and Defense Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, along with IDF Chief-of-Staff Lt.-Gen. Aviv Kochavi, attended an IDF exercise in the north on Wednesday morning. preparing for the possibility of a multi-front war.
The prime minister was briefed on the exercise and spoke with soldiers and commanders who participated.
“I am concluding a major, multi-corps IDF exercise in several areas. I am very impressed by the improvement in readiness, by the fighting spirit of the soldiers and commanders, and mainly by the destructive power of the IDF,” Netanyahu stated.

The drill was part of an extensive five-day military exercise that began on Sunday. It is being held in several locations, including the Jordan Valley, the Upper Galilee, Nahariya, the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights.
“We are training at very high intensity with a challenging, thinking enemy that possesses technology beyond what currently exists in the arena,” a senior air force official said, Times of Israel reported..
For the first time, the air force’s F-35, the most advanced fighter jet in the world, participated in the drill.
