Border Police Officer Binyamin Yakobovitch, victim of a Palestinian car terror attack last Wednesday at the Halhoul Junction near Hebron, succumbed to his wounds on Monday morning. The funeral will take place in the evening in the military section of the Kiryat Ata cemetery, near Haifa.
His parents agreed to donate his organs for transplants.
A second officer was hit as well, but reportedly suffered no injuries.
Attacks have been taking place continually over the past two months throughout the country. Hebron, however, is a major center of Palestinian terror.
