According to Business Insider, Israel is now Morocco’s second-largest arms supplier, accounting for 24% of Moroccan arms imports behind the United States at 60% and ahead of France at 10%.

The expansion will complement the initial purchase agreement signed by Israel and Germany approximately two years ago, valued at roughly $3.5 billion.

Rafael reported a historic backlog of orders totaling NIS 64.8 billion ($17.6 billion), equivalent to 3.6 years of sales and marking a 24% increase from the previous year.

A key reason to support Israel, the letter argues, is that these are the enemies of not only Israel but also the West more broadly.

The shipment included 1,800 bombs weighing 2,000 pounds and another 1,700 bombs weighing 500 pounds.
