PA officials and media not only condone, but also encourage terror against Israelis. However, they recommend doing so at the right place and at the right time, in order not to be likened to ISIS by the international community.

Although the US is its primary donor, the PA slammed Washington's policies, mocked the presidential race and challenged America's legitimacy, accusing it of being a "settlement country on the ruins of the original inhabitants."
