The real tragedy of the Palestinians over the past few decades has been failed leadership -- whether it is the secular PLO or the Islamist Hamas.

PA officials and media not only condone, but also encourage terror against Israelis. However, they recommend doing so at the right place and at the right time, in order not to be likened to ISIS by the international community.
