He also said that his government would beef up the national intelligence system to prevent similar attacks.

Javier Milei, a devout individual, found solace in prayer at the Western Wall, pouring his hopes and concerns into the sacred space.

President Milei is staunchly pro-Israel and announced he would move Argentina's embassy to Jerusalem, recognizing it as the capital of Israel. 

Milei has repeatedly pledged to move the Argentine embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

The two developed a close relationship, studying Torah and other Jewish texts together.

'I don’t go to church. I go to synagogue, I don’t follow a priest, I follow my rabbi, I learn Torah, I’m known internationally as a friend of Israel.'
