Superstar Elton John has announced that he is returning to Israel in May 2016 to perform a concert in Tel Aviv’s Hayarkon Park, and famous violinist, 70-year-old Itzhak Perlman, is the fourth Israeli to be awarded the US Medal of Freedom - America's highest civilian honor.
