Israeli sailor Daniel Pinsky has officially launched his solo Golden Globe Race around the world, navigating without modern technology and becoming the first Israeli to compete in the grueling race.

Tom Reuveny, who won gold in sailing, spoke about the intense emotions of competing for his country during such a turbulent time.

The Mifrasim Foundation has started a program to provide bereaved families with the opportunity to heal and connect by sailing together. 

Yogev Alcalay won four gold medals in a recent European sailing competition, becoming the youngest top scorer ever in his category.
