The brother of an al-Qaeda terrorist who murdered seven people, including four Jews, in Toulouse, France, is facing trial for accessory to murder.

Less than 24 hours after a horrific terror incident in Brussels, Belgium, on Saturday, two French Jews were attacked outside a synagogue in Paris.
