The leader of the Palestinian Authority, who is considered to be Israel’s peace partner, calls terrorists “heroes” and says he’s proud of the “Martyrs of Palestine.”

Time and time again, the Palestinian Authority demonstrates how uninterested they are in making peace with the Jewish state.

Recently, President Mahmoud Abbas of the Palestinian Authority called to console the families of two terrorists whom the IDF killed in self-defense.

One of the terrorists attempted to stab Israeli security officers in Jerusalem, and the other shot at IDF soldiers during a violent riot.

Abbas expressed how proud he was of the terrorists and referred to them as “martyrs” and “heroes.”

How could the world expect the Jewish state to make peace with people who praise terrorist acts against them?
