PLO Executive Committee member Wasel Abu Yusuf explains in an Arabic-language interview that the Palestinian leadership is currently basing its policy on previous waves of terror, such as the First Intifada.

The PA, which speaks differently when addressing English-language reporters, clearly prefers terror to peace.
