How should Israel regard Erdogan’s overtures for reconciliation? 

Although relations between Turkey and Israel have been strained over the past few years, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan says Ankara is interested in reconciling with the Jewish state.

Did the release of two Israeli nationals arrested for spying create some genuine goodwill? Is Turkey’s plummeting economy forcing Erdogan to reach out?
